My favorite food:RouYan

RouYan is also one of the foods I really like. It is from my hometown: Fuzhou, China. But many people say that RouYan is pork wonton, but the material for making RouYan is not wonton skin, but RouYan looks like pork wonton.I think RouYan is a very magical food because it is a food wrapped in pork with pork. RouYan has other names. It is the name given to him by Fuzhou people. It is called BianRouYan and TaiPingYan. Every Fuzhou person must eat RouYan. Because TaiPingYan means that you eat TaiPingYan God will bless you peace and security. My elders told me the origin of the name of the meat swallow, because the inside of the meat swallow is wrapped in pork, and the outside is shaped like a swallow, so its name is pork swallow, and the meaning in Chinese is called meat swallow. Every Fuzhou person will celebrate the holidays, weddings and funerals, and will eat meat swallows when friends and relatives gather.

Making RouYan's skin is a very troublesome thing, and the name of this layer of skin by RouYan is YanPi. YanPi is a Chinese intangible cultural heritage. If you don't have professional training, you can't make YanPi. The skin of RouYan is made from pork and tapioca (not flour). The first step in making YanPi is to put the pig's chop on the chopping board and then hammer the pig's chop into pork. If you want To beat the pig's chop meat into mud, you have to use a hammer to beat the pig's clam meat 2000 times, then wrap the beaten pig's lean meat on the tapioca powder, and then use the rolling pin to wrap the pig's skinny with the tapioca powder. The meat is made into a very thin YanPi, which is very thin. Finally, a large piece of YanPi is cut into a very large square. The next step is to start preparing the meat inside RouYan. The meat in RouYan is chopped pork, which is cut with pork on a knife. The chopped pork is placed in a bowl, some chopped green onion is added, and some seasonings are added. Stir and stir the pork for use.

The next step may be the last step, or it may be the first step, because the next step is to pack the cut pork in the YanPi, then steam the wrapped meat swallow in the pot and steam the meat in the meat swallow. The steamed meat swallow can be placed directly in a bowl and placed in the refrigerator for storage, or it can be eaten directly. If you are in the refrigerator, you can boil the water in the pot, then put the meat in the hot water, cook for two minutes, then put the cooked RouYan into the bowl and add a little hot water. Add some seasonings and chopped green onions to start eating.

I really want to eat RouYan in the US, but I don't find RouYan in the US right now. I didn't find it in Chinatown in New York because it is really too difficult to make it. I think it can only be eaten in Fuzhou, China. I think When I return to China, I will definitely be the first to eat it.

My Favorite Food

Fried BaiGuo is one of my favorite foods. Fried BaiGuo is a snack in Fuzhou, China. Every Fuzhou person has eaten Fry BaiGuo. Every mother in Fuzhou, they know how to cook Fried BaiGuo, and my mother also knows how to cook Fried BaiGuo. I really want to eat the cabbage that my Mother cooked. Every time she cooked Fried BaiGuo, I ate t a big bowl because her cooked Fried
BaiGuo is very delicious.

Bai Guo is made of high-quality glutinous rice. The early BaiGuo was made entirely by hand and it took several steps. First, you need to steam the glutinous rice, then put it into the sarcophagus and use the hibiscus to see the shape of the rice. Then you put it back in the pan and steam for half an hour. Next, take out the hibiscus and put it into a block, then put it back in the pan and steam it. After this is repeated three times, it gets placed in a mold to make BaiGuo of various shapes. But the fruit used for frying does not have to make such a nice pattern, because the BaiGuo used by Fry BaiGuo is to make BaiGuo into a rectangle. But the BaiGuo used by Fry BaiGuo is to be cut with a knife. After each cut, BaiGuo is wide. Bai Guo is cut into small rectangles and can be fried. Fried BaiGuo is not only BaiGuo, but it is also like fried noodles and like fried rice. They all have supplementary ingredients. Fry Ginkgo's supplementary ingredients are generally: Cauliflower, Solenidae, diced live crab, carrot, scrambled egg, pork, and celery.

Next, you need to prepare all the ingredients and start cooking. The first step for Fried BaiGuo is to put the cut BaiGuo into hot water and soak it. When BaiGuo is soft, you can remove BaiGuo in hot water and place BaiGuo in cold water. During the cooling process, if BaiGuo does not cool, the hot BaiGuo will stick together one by one. If all of the BaiGuo are stuck together, the dried ginkgo will be a large ginkgo with the other ingredients. This BaiGuo is not good, it doesn't look good, and it doesn't taste very well. The next step is to put the eggs in a bowl, then break up the eggs, heat the oil in the pan, then fry the hot eggs into hot oil, then cut the eggs into small pieces in a pan and mix well. Then, you put the eggs in a bowl for later use. The next step is to fry the broccoli, then add the diced crab, add the carrots to the pork, add some seasonings, and finally put the celery, you can eat. The fried BaiGuo needs to finish it right away, because Fried BaiGuo will stick together soon, and the BaiGuo sticking together is not good.

Fried BaiGuo is very popular in China, but many people in the United States will like to eat Fried BaiGuo in places such as Chinatown in New York. Chinese restaurants around the world also serve it. But I think Fried BaiGuo that is cooked in those restaurants is not so delicious, because I think Fried BaiGuo cooked by my mother is the best. No one can cook as good as my mother.

My Most Admired Person

The person I admire is Wong KaKui. He is a Hong Kong-class musician, singer, songwriter and record producer, and a legendary figure in the Hong Kong music scene. In the rock band Beyond, he worked as a composer, lyricist, rhythm guitar and lead singer and is the soul of the band. His guitar skills are superb and he is very musically talented. The identity of the lead singer and rhythm guitarist is best known. As a band leader, he is good at creating, most of the band's songs are created by him, and his works have greatly improved the band's popularity. He is a recognized superstar in the Hong Kong music scene and a representative of Hong Kong rock music. He is known for his unique hoarse voice and clever tail processing. He is also the second brother of Beyond bass guitarist Huang Jiaqiang.

He was born in Hong Kong on June 10, 1962. Since childhood, he has lived with his family in Suwu Village, Sham Shui Po District, Kowloon. He studied at the New Club Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong, the Four Chambers of Commerce and Industry, and Bo Yun English Middle School. When he was in junior high school, he was influenced by friends and fell in love with European and American pop music. The idol is David Bowie. At about the age of 14-15 years old, he found an guitar that someone had thrown away in the garbage.  Since then, he has had an amazing bond with the instrument. He later used the Fender Stratocaster electric guitar more often.
After graduation, he worked as an office assistant, aluminum window, hardware, air conditioning, hydropower engineer, and a TV set crew member. He joined the band drummer Ye Shirong, at the Deco Insurance Company and worked as an insurance salesman.

In 1980, WongKaKui introduced Ye Shirong through the introduction of the music store owner, who had similar musical interests. Therefore, they formed a band with two friends, Deng Yuqian and Li Rongchao. This band is also the prototype of Beyond. The name Beyond was changed by the first generation of leading guitarist Deng Yuqian, meaning "beyond." Ye Shirong once said: "The name Beyond is not just to surpass others, but to surpass oneself." In 1983, Beyond was formally established created. After years of hard work, Beyond has become the most important band in Hong Kong. In 1988, they finally won the band's top ten songs with the song "The Earth" in the album "Secret Police" and won the band's first electronic media award in 1989, by Wong KaKui, Xiaomei's lyrics Composition to sing the mother's title. Also, Wong KaKui occasionally creates music for other singers. Including: Xu Guanjie, Alan Tam, Mai Jiewen, and Peng Jianxin. Later, Beyond's record company thought that "good works should be left to themselves, fans should listen to Beyond, they should buy Beyond's record" and surpass his work to others. Wong Ka Kui is the soul of Beyond, who writes songs and lyrics for the band's songs from time to time. His role is spoken from time to time and makes bold statements.

On the morning of June 24, 1993, in a lottery rehearsal at Fuji TV in Tokyo, Wong KaKui fell from a 3-meter-high platform and died six days later due to a head injury. Many people still come to Wong KaKui's cemetery to send flowers. Some people brought the guitar to Wong KaKui’s graveyard and sang the band’s classic songs. Twelve years after the death of Wong KaKui, the other three band members of Beyond opened the last concert outside the band in 2005. Many fans still worship him.

Today, many people are singing the song of Wang KaKui. A band from the United States: [Metro] once sang the song of the band [Broad Sky]. When I heard a Chinese amateur singer: Fu Jiu singing the band's classic song, I really think that Huang KaKui is resurrected, because Fu Jiu's voice really looks like Wang KaKui's voice. Many people hope that Wang KaKui will be resurrected. I also hope that he will rise again, but this is no longer possible because people cannot be resurrected after death.

My Favorite Place

My favorite place is a table tennis hall because there are a lot of tables in the table tennis hall and you can play for as long as you want. In the hall there are many table tennis fans who are mostly young people around my age. I have made a lot of new friends there. I like to compete in tournaments and I have won a tournament at my school in China. I like table tennis very much because I like the feeling of hitting the ball, and the feeling of hitting the ball while running. When you hit the ball and the ball falls to the opposite table, you have a sense of accomplishment. When I practice with my coach, he makes a high ball and lets me press him.

I wish my school had a table tennis team because we would be able to have competitions and train together. During the competition and training, you can learn more about the players on the team. Sometimes it may not only be one player competing in the match but sometimes there will be a double match. In a two-player game, you must know your teammates very well, because you can't use your own game style in a two-player game. You have to discuss with your teammates the strategy for playing with two players.

I wish that the United States had more opportunities for people to know about table tennis.  This would let more people know about table tennis, how to play table tennis, and how to protect your eyes when playing table tennis. During the winter in the United States, it is very snowy. Since you can't really play outdoor sports, you could get a table for your basement so you can play all winter long. A table tennis table will not occupy a large space, and when you are not playing, you can fold the table up.
